Q: What’s included in the monthly price?
A: The monthly price covers the cost of essential network support tools (i.e. backup software and services, monitoring and diagnostic tools, internet security services, remote access software, etc.) and service hours your network requires per month. The result is a single flat monthly fee you can budget for like rent and insurance.
Q: If I sign up for this program, what is my commitment?
A: All of our services are based on a month-to-month agreement, which may be cancelled at any time, without penalty.
Q: Is hardware included as part of this agreement?
A: No. Hardware is NOT included under this agreement. However, we will act on your behalf to research, recommend, and purchase new hardware and software at no additional cost.
Q: Will you guarantee that I won’t have any technical problems or downtime?
A: No, we cannot guarantee that you will never have any technical problems or downtime; no one can. However, we will guarantee that you will see a significant drop in the number of problems you experience and a dramatic improvement in the speed, performance, and reliability of your network.
Q: What if my business grows, or contracts?
A: We designed our pricing model to be flexible and easy to understand. Based on the current number of users (i.e. servers and employees) in your business, the service fee adjusts accordingly from month-to-month.
Q: Do you offer any other billing options, such as a ‘time and materials’ agreement?
